Product Introduction

Designed and built with a simple and robust mechanical structure, which makes the replacement of screws and cylinders quick and easy, to optimize precise dosing with the same machine from 20 kg and over 350 kg per hour. If mounted on extruders or blowers that have the signal 0-10 V analog output, the dispenser will vary its set speed as the 0-10 V signal received varies. On the large hopper, designed with a profile that normally does not allow the different materials to create bridges, it is possible to mount any type of feeder to be chosen based on the required flow rates, and to install vibration or blade bridge-breaking systems (optional).

For the determination of large quantities of granules, even if not re-ground with the same accuracy, of models for Masterbatch, the COLORTECH AP has a powerful motor that is controlled by a vector inverter combining power and precision.

The version with feeding screw has been designed to dose PET flakes, light materials and powders.
