Application of Desiccant Dehumidifying Dryer

OTD Dual-tower Desiccant Dehumidifiers are mainly used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics or regrind materials. Under ideal conditions, the dew-point of dehumidified dry air can be lower than -70^oC, the largest of which can provide dry air up to a quantity of 3,800 m³/hr.

OTD Twin-tower desiccant dehumidifiers features in lowest dew point with the driest air to achieve the best drying effect for hygroscopic plastic resins, like PET. It can achieve the lowest dew point of less than -70 degrees, but it consumes more energy than the honeycomb rotor dehumidifier to get a similar drying effect. It is suitable for the plastic process which needs fast-drying and have good value-added products.
