Working Principle of Hopper Loaders for Plastics

The plastic resin is loaded by the vacuum loader to the drying hopper, after drying, the dried resin is loaded to the feeding port of the molding machine. It's suitable for normal plastic resin drying, not suitable for hygroscopic resin drying. For drying of hygroscopic plastic granules, low dew-point dehumidifying dryers are needed for drying.

Application Cases of Hopper Loaders for Plastics

ODL drying loader series is the combination of hopper dryer and vacuum auto loader, it has the function of drying and loading by itself. Usually, the auto loader is responsible for two directions loading, load the plastic materials to the hopper dryer and load the dried resin to the IMM or extruder or other place.
Two piece of OMH micro-switch hopper receivers or one piece of OMH and one piece of OPH photo-sensor hopper is equipped for the machine. It is suitable for drying of non-hygroscopic plastic pellets, like PVC, PP, PE and etc. The machine should be installed within 5 meter from the molding machine.
