Application of Plastic Mixer Machine

OVM vertical mixer is mainly applicable in the mixing of large quantity of plastic materials like raw materials, masterbatch and recycled materials. OVM can not be used to deal with plastic powder and all kinds of foods, chemicals, and inflammable, explosive and volatile materials.

The above picture, OVM-1000 vertical mixer is equipped with 1 heater and 1 blower (optional) for mixing and drying of mild hygroscopic plastic resins. If the plastic material contains more moisture and the production requires less moisture content, then heater and blower are optional for fast drying and good product manufacturing.

Notes for Installation and Positioning:

1) Machine just can be mounted in vertical position. Make sure there’s no pipe, fixed structure or other objects above the installing location and around the machine which may block machine’s installation, hit objects or injure human person.

2) In order to maintain convenient operation, it’s suggested to keep 1m space around the machine. Please keep at least 2m distance between the device and the inflammable goods.

3) This series of models only could be applied in working environment with good ventilation.
