If the plastic material contains more moisture and the production requires less moisture content, then heater and blower are optional for fast drying and good product manufacturing.

Matters Needing Attention of Plastic Mixer

Electrical installation of the machine should be done by qualified electricians.

Connecting the cooling water (if needed) after the machine is installed in a appointing place, make sure the inlet and outlet water pipe is in good condition.

Before connecting to AC Power Source, turn power switch to OFF position. While AC power source is connected, make sure specifications and overload protection rating of the power switch are suitable and reliable. When the machine is under care or maintenance, turn off both power switch and automatic operation switch.
