Demo Photoelectric Tech owns complete manufacturing facilities supporting customized manufacturing with fast order response for customers around the world.

Demo Photoelectric Tech has two workshops for through-hole LEDs and SMD/High Power LEDs with complete facilities from manufacturing to test and packaging, each including several lines consisting of different machines and equipments.

1. For through-hole LEDs, automatic chip and die bond lines, automatic wire bond lines, cleaning machine, glues injecting machine, glues drying equipment, spectral dispensor, pin cutter, and packaging machine.

2. For SMD/High Power LEDs, automatic chip and die bond lines, automatic wire bond lines, cleaning machine, phosphor dispensor, glues drying equipment, spectral dispensor, braiding machine, split charger and packaging machine.

Through-hole LEDs Manufacturing

2mm/3mm/4mm/5mm/8mm/10mm, various sizes with different wavelengths in different shapes, different height, different beam angles, different pin setup, and different lens. Special manufacturing process will be implemented for special application like traffic light indicator LEDs which are for outdoor use. We offer customized manufacturing services for through-hole LEDs for customers to use these LEDs conveniently such as pin cutting, pin forming and shaping and braiding. And we also provide salty spray treatment service to make stainless pins for outdoor use LEDs.

SMD LED Manufacturing

We offer customized manufacturing services including making LED strips and strings according to customers’ requirements.

OEM service for PCB Board.
