How to use:

Step 1: Make a small loop in the middle of elastic cord

Step 2: Use the black bobby pin to pass through elastic the from wider opening to smaller opening (refer to photo)

Step 3: Remove bobby pin and adjust toggle for best fit around ears

Step 4: Repeat on opposite side
