1. The die should be matched with the Button and should not be mixed. It is better to configure our company's special die when ordering.
2. Make sure the upper and lower molds are concentric and the distance between the upper and lower molds is adjusted to the best.Too tight adjustment will lead to the deformation of the button, too loose button shaking or falling.
3. Ensure that the fabric of the button is flat and the thickness is within a reasonable range.If the thickness and strength of the cloth beyond the scope of our standard, you must open the hole before binding.
If the product is found to be out of shape or out of shape during button making, please stop button making in time and check whether the mold is matched. If the quality problem is found, please contact our company in time and arrange to solve it.
