The Vacuum Forming Machine is a kind of equipment which can be used in the Department of Stomatology to form a wariety of functional plastic diaphragms. Operation Instruction

1) Connect the machine with power 110V/60Hz, check the status of vacuum motor (⑪) and electric heating device (②).
2) Turn the upper cover (①) 90°(from left or right side), then put a film between upper and nether frame (⑦ and ⑩), switch the knob (⑧) to close the frames tightly.
3) Turn the upper cover back and push down the elevating wrench (⑨) to elevate the frame to working position (there is a position holder on the principal axes(③)).
4) Take the stainless steel sheet (⑥) off from the machine, place the product in the middle of the sheet, and then bury the part of the product which you do not need to take shape on. Place the sheet back onto the machine.
5) Switch on the heating device (press the “Heat” button (⑬) ) to heat the film.
6) Switch off the heating device about 2 - 3 minutes later, when the lower surface of the film is under the nether frame about 2 cm. (The film will sag after heating. The deeper depression, maintain will be more thin.)
7) Switch the elevating wrench to set down the frame and turn on the vacuum motor (press the “Model” button (⑫) ).
8) Switch off the vacuum motor after forming. Take the film out when it cools down, and then use scissors to cut the spare margins.
