Create straight-line access to canal orifice.

1) In the presence of a viscous chelator, passively scout the coronal 2/3 with 10# hand files. Gently work these instruments until a smooth, reproducible glide path is confirmed.

2) If feel slight friction sense ,please choose #20 File during the preparation.

3) If feel easily without any friction, please use #25 File during the preparation.

4) If there is any sense of friction, please use #40 File during the preparation.

Using the 1 0 # K file to the apical of root canal if u could feel slight friction sense , please choose T20 # when preparation .

Using the 10 # K file could easily to the apical of root canal without any sense of friction , please choose T25 # when preparation .

Using 2 0 # K file to the apical of root canal if any slight friction sense , please choose T40 # when preparation .
