We have the most advanced 5 axis dental milling machine. After designed dental crowns, either PFM inner crowns, or implant units. By using this machine, the crown is milled from a metal blank. After milling, the inner crown is ready to be put on porcelain to create the final color and shape of the tooth. It is also slowly replacing the old casting technique of implants.

Here are some of the advantages of milling alloy:

1. Milling is more accurate, with modern technique, it can be exact as 0.01mm.
2. Milling is problem-free, no casting residues, no overheating, no bubbles.
3. Milling is easy, it makes lines to be more straight, curves to be more smooth, much easier to make nicer teeth.

Here is our work flow for digital impressions:

1 Dentist make oral scanning, the stl files shall be sent to us together with a requirement of instructions to our email address.

2 After receiving the stl files, we will contact with dentist about necessary information and billing information. Dentist can make payment through the payment link provided.

3 We will start the production process, around 5-10 days later, when the constructions are done, they will be shipped back by DHL or UPS.
