The first level is decision makers-responsible for major decision-making and day-to-day co-ordinate and monitor management, composed by the general manager and another three deputy general managers who are in charge of sales, finance and production. The other one is executives-responsible for the implementation of management, formed by each department manager who should take final responsibility for its department

Desheng Lighting.(Named Huizhou Hongzhan Lamps Assembled Shop) is established in 1998 and located in the zhongkai gaoxing district Huizhou city which is the leading manufacturing area in the world.Our factory covers an area of 15, 000sqm and has 100 staffs.

We have rich experience specialized in the field of home and hotel decorative lightings,and sets R&D,production,sales and service integration.DS has advanced production,test,testing equipments and perfect QC system.DS Home combines bulidings,surroundings,culture and custom to make and design special lamps for different hotels.

Through many years running,we have estabished a set of quality management system and complete product quality supervision and inspection,also all products are meet the standard of and which issued by National Quality academy.All products can be met CE/UL/CUL/BS/SAA/CCC etc.international certificate.

We provide:indoor lamps,include table lamp,floor lamp,ceiling lights,pendant,LED lights and other hotel lighting projects.

Nowdays,we also have our own professional LED teams and they are absorb in developing more LED lights.In near future,we will have many kinds of LED lights to meet your different requirements.
