X2-D Series Ceramic Pump Integration is a type of precision metering pump that utilizes the rotary motion of a plunger to meter or deliver chemical liquids and high-purity fluids with high accuracy and repeatability. The axial linear motion is generated based on the adjustable pump head angle during the plunger's rotation, enabling precise stroke adjustment to control input and output. This series of metering pumps achieves a very high level of metering accuracy and repeatability, with an accuracy better than ±0.5%.
