XQZGX-12SA has a desktop filling and capping design, specially designed to fill and cap the Cryo tube and reagent filling. The appearance adopts a desktop design, whose size is small and the material is 304 stainless steel which is easy to clean. The filling pump applies a high-precision ceramic pump to ensure filling accuracy. The capping part adopts the servo capping head which can adjust the torque to make sure tightness of the cap. The filling speed is up to 1800-2400 bottles per hour. It is the upgrade version of XQZGX-12S. At the same time. the machine can connect with the automatic horizontal labeling machine to form a automatic packing line.
