XQJYP-2A applies an automatic filling and capping system, mainly for the essential oil bottle fully automatic packing. The filling speed is up to 40 BPM. The device adopts a German sensor to realize the functions of no filling without the bottle, no capping without lids. The filling pump uses the high-precision ceramic pump XQX2 SERIES to ensure filling accuracy. The material contact part is SS316L and ceramic which has good corrosive resistance. The capping part applies SERVO torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and no-damaging of the lid. At the same time, the machine can be connected with the labeling machine to be a filling line.
