Packing: Our products would be packed in a hard cardboard box/double box/ color box with a blister, and then in a 3 layers carton, and will be fixed tightly, even shipment by sea is no problem.

Delivery time:
1. Bulk order: 25days after confirmation.
2. Sample: 3-7 days after you requested payment.

1. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
2. How could I buy products if there is no price on the website?
Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail.Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.
3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more than the MOQ.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge, the samples will be ready for delivery less than 3 days. If it's OEM sample maybe take little longer.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. But as a professional manufacturer, we can always achieve your deadline.
6. Warranty&Return Policies:
1. Most products offer 3-6 month warranty and 12-month warranty for our VIP customers, if the quality has any problems, we have a good after sale service team will solve the quality problems for you.
2. Faulty chargers can be returned by nonman-made reason, replacement chargers will be sent to your next order.
