Product Description
The main raw materials for solid sodium silicate plant are soda ash and quartz sand. The chemical reaction takes place at a temperature of 1350 - 1450 ° C and is placed in the furnace. The finished product is sent to the warehouse or stacked or cooled to room temperature for sale. The reflector uses a regenerative preheater. The 1200 ° C flue gas from the tail can preheat the air and natural gas to 1100 ° C and 900 ° C, respectively. The exhaust gas temperature drops below 180 °C to save energy and reduce costs.
