Product Description
Indirect hot air furnace consists of MBL burner, hot gas purifying chamber, heat exchanger, auxiliary equipment and control system. With gas countercurrent heat exchange, flue gas flows outside the pipe, flesh air flows inside. Flue gas countercurrent exchanges heat with fresh air. Part of flue gas is reclaimed, the rest is exhausted.
Burner uses chain grate style, combustion steadily and completely. Set a high temperature dust purification device before heat exchanger to control the dust content, reduce dust and wear. Fuel coal and biomass fuels can be used. Heat capacity is 0.25--20million kcal per hour. Heat temperature ranges from 50℃~600℃
Technical characteristics
(1) Using flue dust purification technology to control the flame burning on the local heat transfer tubes, and reduce the dust content, increase the life of the heat exchanger and thermal efficiency.
(2) Heat exchanging system of indirect hot air furnace is countercurrent heat-exchange, flue gas flows outside the pipe, fresh air flows inside, which strengthen the heat exchange.
(3) Heat exchanger uses advanced jet and the interposer structure to improve the heat transfer efficiency.
(4) Heat efficiency>75%, output of the highest hot air temperature is 600℃. Hot air temperature fluctuates within ±5℃.
(5) Long lifespan with low maintenance.
(6) Simple to operate, easy to maintain. High security, there is no danger of explosion.
