Raw materials are caustic soda and quartz sand; the process can be divided into four parts: slurry preparation, reaction, sedimentation, filtration. Mainly equipment: slurry preparator, reaction kettle, intermediate tank, sedimentation tank, filter, finished product tank, etc.
