Turnkey Process PAC Poly Aluminium Chloride Spray Dryer Complete Production Line

Production process overview

This process uses calcium aluminate powder and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, the hydrochloric acid is stored in the storage tank, and the calcium aluminate powder is packed in jumbo bag and stored in the powder warehouse.

The hydrochloric acid is pumped to the batching tank, the calcium aluminate powder is sent to the station by a forklift truck, and the unpacking and feeding are manually assisted. Set a discharge belt to convey the material to the batching tank.

After batching, the materials are pumped to the reaction kettle, the material reacts in the reaction kettle to generate liquid PAC, which is then precipitated and filtered, and the filtrate enters the finished product tank.

A small part of the filtrate is pumped to the finished product tank, and the liquid agent can be sold nearby; most of the filtrate is pumped into the atomizing plate at the top of the drying tower, and the droplets flow down together with the hot air to dry into powder PAC.

After the finished powder out of the drying tower, it is cooled by the air lift pipe, and the powder is separated by a cyclone and falls into the finished product bin, and then packaged by a screw metering packing machine. The packing specification is 50 kg woven bag. Products are stored by forklift truck. Powdery PAC can save transportation costs and is suitable for long-distance sales.

Drying hot air is provided by hot air furnace.

The dry tail gas and finished product cooling air are dedusted by their respective cyclone dust collectors, and then discharged after being sprayed by three-stage spraying.

The sediment is regularly cleaned with an excavator, and remixed when batching.

After the filter residue is washed with water, it will be turned into general solid waste and handed over to a professional environmental protection solid waste treatment company for landfill or other purposes.

In this method, the products are generally used in places such as tap water plants and sewage treatment plants. The production process is normal pressure production, simple equipment, safety and energy saving, low maintenance cost and low production cost, so it is very popular among clients.
