Working Principle:
Counting principle: Visual recognition technology is usually used to capture the image of plastic parts with a camera, and then the image is analyzed through an image processing algorithm to identify the number of plastic parts. In addition, there is also the principle of photoelectric sensing. When plastic parts pass through the photoelectric sensor, they block the light, thereby generating electrical signal changes for counting; the vibration plate counting is to arrange the plastic parts in order through vibration, and then count them through the corresponding sensor or counter.
Packaging principle: When the count reaches the preset number, the packaging mechanism of the equipment starts. The packaging mechanism includes a feeding device to transport the plastic parts to the packaging position; a packaging material supply device to provide packaging bags or packaging boxes, etc.; a sealing device to seal the package to complete the packaging process.
Electronic industry: used for counting electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, chips, etc., to ensure the accuracy of the number of components on the production line, improve production efficiency and product quality.
