Visual inspection machine
The inspection speed of visual inspection machine is very fast. It can process a large number of products in a short time and can realize high-speed automated inspection process. For example, in the inspection of beverage bottle packaging, the visual inspection machine can inspect hundreds of bottles per minute and quickly judge the appearance of the bottle, whether the label is qualified, etc.
And it can work uninterruptedly. In addition to the necessary maintenance and care, it can maintain high-speed inspection for a long time, which greatly improves production efficiency.
Manual inspection
The speed of manual inspection is relatively slow. A skilled inspector can only inspect a limited number of products per minute, and as the inspection time increases, the inspection speed will further decrease due to factors such as fatigue.
Manual inspection also requires regular rest and cannot work continuously like a visual inspection machine, which will affect the overall production progress to a certain extent.
The system consists of two workstations which contains inner side and outer side, each with six 2-megapixel or 5-megapixel color cameras distributed at a 60-degree Angle. Each camera uses a low-distortion lens. In addition, the system also features two sets of color lighting systems distributed above and below. It has an independently digitally adjustable lighting system to abnormalities on the basis of detecting the inner and outer defects.
Dent is an optical inspection device for dimensional and surface defected detection of round and shaped parts. It can detect rubber, plastic, PTFT and other materials with high precision within its detection range. These materials are tested for defects at a series of inspection using high-precision industrial cameras. The images obtained by the camera are transferred to the computer managed by the real-time system for image processing without data loss and interference: the user can interact with the operating system in a simple and intuitive way through the operating interface. The detection system is stable, reliable, efficient and high-speed.
