It obtains images of products through industrial cameras (such as CCD cameras or CMOS cameras). These cameras can capture product appearance information, including shape, size, and color, at a very high frame rate and resolution. For example, in the production of rubber parts, cameras can capture surface images of components such as seals and plugs with an accuracy of up to micron level, which can clearly show the shape and position of rubber parts.
Surface control system
Consists of two workstations mounted above and below the glass plate, each containing a high precision colour camera and a fixed focus lens.
Has an independently digitally adjustable colour illumination system to optimise the image taking.
The main function is to detect cosmetic defects on the upper and lower surfaces.
Inner and outer surface control systems
Consists of outer side workstastions, each with four 2 megapixel colour cameras distributed at 90 degree angles. Each camera uses a low distortion lens. A further feature os that there are two colour lighting systems distributed above and below.
The lighting system can be adjusted digitally and independently to optimise the photographic image.
For the detection of surface defects on the outer side of the product.
Wirt is an optical inspection device specially developed to detect dimensional and surface defects in silicone waterproof plugs. It is capable of inspecting waterproof plugs of various shapes with high precision within its inspection range. These products are inspectied for defects by a series of inspection stations using high-precision industrial cameras. The images obtained by the cameras are transmitted without data loss or interference to a computer managed by a real-time system for image processing: through the operator interface, the user can interact with the operating system in a simple and intuitive way. The detection system is stable, reliable and efficient.
After image processing, objects are imported into three different storage areas for conforming, dimensionally defective and cosmetically defective objects according to the preset inspection criteria. The object inspection parameters are quick and easy to set, the equipment and the feeding device are easy to clean, and the inspection frequency is high.
