Application:

Hybrid bond grinding wheels are mainly used in CNC Tools Grinding Machine with a very excellent stability and high flexibility,it’s requirement for the diamond grinding wheel could not be reached by usual diamond grinding wheel. The most demanding and time consuming operation is the flute grinding where we have a high stock removal- a cutting depth of 7-8mm is not unusual. As the contact area is large it is difficult for the coolant to reach the grinding zone. In order to minimize the risk of excessive heat generation, which may cause surface damages on the work piece and reduce the particle strength of the heat sensitive diamonds grits, it is often necessary to reduce the infeed or the feed rate.
But our new generation Hybrid Diamond/CBN Grinding Wheel, especially used for the CNC TOOLS grinding machine,such as: ANCA,WALTER,SCHUTTE,EWAG,SCHNEEBERGER,HUFFMANN and so on. Have shown excellent grinding performance in flute grinding with high stock removal capacity combined with a minimum of wheel wear.
