Application:

Due to high compressive strength,high hardness,good wear resistance and long service life,diamond abrasive grinding tools is widely used to grind hard crisp material,such as cemented carbide, alumina porcelain,optical glass,precious stone,agate,semiconductor material,hard stone,etc. Take grinding ¢16/¢19 PDC for example, the comparative data are as follows:

  • service life of vitrified diamond grinding wheel is 2.5-3 times longer than that of resin bond diamond grinding wheel;
  • the grinding efficiency of vitrified diamond grinding wheel is 1.5-2 times than that of resin bond diamond grinding wheel;
  • Vitrified diamond grinding wheel is usually with high grinding precision, the angle of taper is generally 0.1mm after processing by our vitrified diamond grinding wheel.
