5'' Dry Square Polishing Pads with Diamond Powder for Concrete Quartz
Description:
Diamond flexible pads use diamond as abrasive materials to highly increase the efficiency of polishing. The whole process goes like this: rough grinding, grinding, fine grinding and polishing finally.
1. resin bonded diamond matrix
2. for granite & marble polishing
3. avoidance of pigmentation and mark
4. dry use.

Wet and dry polishing:
Wet polishing pads are designed for polishing natural and engineered stone with a center-feed wet polisher or grinder. Wet pads are faster than dry polishing, can be used at a higher speed, and are generally more durable than dry pads. However, due to flying water and general mess they create, are often not practical for use on previously installed surfaces.
Dry diamond pads are an excellent choice for polishing natural stone. While there is some mild dust, the lack of water for cooling the pad and stone surface makes for easier clean up. Our high quality dry pads will give the same great results and high polish as wet pads, however allow more time to get the job done than if you were using wet pads. Never use dry pads on engineered stone as the heat generated can melt the resin.
Advantages:
1) Hook and loop backing allows for fast pad changes.
2) Pad backs are color-coded for easy grit size identification.
3) Use on Electric or Pneumatic Polisher.
4) Our Quality has been approved by European & American market for many years.
5) We can offer our clients good after-sale service and professional technical assistance.
