Peroperites:
X-630 is a Class H (180ºC) insulating material.
Temperatures below 200ºC slightly influence its electrical properties. The excellent mechanical properties can be extrapolated at much higher temperatures. Due to the polymer structure, X-630 can also be used at temperatures as low as -100ºC.
X-630 is compatible with all common resin, varnish adhesives classes, as well as transformer liquids, oils and refrigerants. Common solvents can result in easily reversible expansion.X-630 paper is flame retardant (UL 94V.0) moreover, it displays a very high level of beta and gamma-ray resistance.
Application:
Meta-aramid paper can be widely used in many applications ,mostly when heat resistance properties are required,as:
. Microwave oven transformers, UPS power transformers
. Dry-transformers, cast transformers, welding transformers
. HID ballast and other transformers as interlayer electrical insulation.
. Low voltage in DC and AC electrical motors as slot and closure insulation.
. Wind Generators and in many specific areas in turbo-generators.
630 High Calendered grade
Type 630 meta-aramid paper is high calendered,which offers high dielectric strength,mechancial
toughness,flexibility and resilience. This type is mainly used for wire wrapping and other sheets form insulations. Also can be worked into laminates materials and various shaped products. Widely used in transformers and electrical equipment applications.
Thickness from 0.05mm to 0.76mm. In tapes from 6 mm width and punch pieces shape.
