The control panel HGM6510 fully control parallel operation and power distribution function of the full auto synchronous control system, it has various functions, such as auto start, auto synchronization, auto parallel operation, and distribute active power automatically as per ratio, auto genset adding / disconnection and standby, and genset fault display and protection. The parallel control system still can synchronize the grid (4 grid-tied methods), transfer automatically through ATS, full auto power-supply system with auto parallel operation and disconnection of dual power grid. The full auto parallel control system still can collect data and communicate according to requirement of the user.

Genset Parallel Control System Operation:

1. Starting up one of gensets manually, switching on after running normally.
2. After that, starting up the second genset, put the switch to on position, at the moment the system detects automatically and control parameters of two gensets, including voltage, phase sequence, frequency and phase position, when it achieves condition of parallel operation, the system will bring in the second genset to parallel running automatically.
3. After parallel connection of two gensets, no matter how does the load change during running, the system will distribute active load and reactive load automatically according to the size of gensets, the distribution difference is less than +10%.
4. When gensets are in synchronous running, it can quit one genset through the order of “unload”, transit the load of this genset smoothly to another genset, and then switch off, shut down after time delay, which can avoid damage of genset due to load and unload suddenly.
