1. Installation and use.
* When the load changes during work, a cylinder with sufficient output power should be selected.
* Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, the corresponding high temperature or corrosion resistant cylinder should be selected.
* Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, remove the internal debris, and the debris enters the cylinder.
* At high temperature. When the powder is large, or there are water droplets, oil slag, or welding slag, the cylinder should adopt relative protective measures.
* The cylinder should be filtered through a filter element above 40mm before it can be used.
* Because the front end of the cylinder and the piston are short, the general stroke cannot be selected too large.
* In a low temperature environment, anti-freezing measures should be taken, and the water in the cylinder will freeze.
* The cylinder should avoid side load during the working process, so as to maintain the normal working life of the cylinder.
* If the cylinder is not used for a long time after the cylinder is removed, pay attention to rust prevention on the surface, and add dust-proof blocking caps to the intake and exhaust ports. Pay special attention; the front and rear covers cannot be disassembled by themselves.
