Our foam core sign CNC cutting machine DCP-H series cutting machine is versatile to handle 15mm thickness semi-rigid & flexible materials like corrugated cardboard, grey board, coroplast, PVC board, KT board, foam, PVC foam, EVA, gasket, printing blanket, leather, fabric and 30mm thickness while equipped with foam blade. It supports functions such as cutting,creasing, kiss cutting, plotting, V cutting, etc.

Functions of CUTCNC sample cuting table:

1. Using blade cutting technology, clean and smooth cutting edge is guaranteed without burn by laser.

2.Compatible with all CAD softwares, any irregular shapes can be cut according to its CAD designs.

3.Interchangeable tools make more optional functions available, like V-cut blade, foam blade, etc.

4. Automatic operation with fast cutting speed, much labor and time saved.

5. Camera system ensures precise cutting for printed boards.

Specifications:

The most popular models of DCP-H series are DCP-2516H, DCP-1713H, and DCP-1310H. Other sizes are available upon customers’ requirement. The maximum cutting size is 3500mm*2000mm.
