Vicky MHV-1000 is intelligentized Vickers system, adopted vision measuring technical and auto measuring indenter system, and auto output reports. There is no need to aim indentation and reading dialog line, and can avoid human error when measure dialog line, largely improve accuracy and efficiency.

Equips with Auto Turret, close loop loading system, key panel and touch screen double input methods, blue tooth transferring technology, max loading force at 1Kgf(Vicky MHV-1000).

Operator can smoothly switch objectives and indenter by auto turret, maximally avoid damages of objectives, indenter and force system by manually operation.

One touch operation of diagonal line by high resolution measurement/observation objectives and built-in length encoder high definition digital eyepiece.

Auto hardness conversion from vickers scale HV to HK, HBW, HRA, HRB, HRC, superficial rockwell scales, etc.

Equips with Bluetooth Device, optional Bluetooth printer and computer acceptor is available to realize wireless printing and data transferring.

Abundant optional auxiliary devices to make hardness measurement more automated and eliminate human operation error. MV series vickers software is recommended, includes USB camera, C-mount adapter and computer.
