Ricoh print head with gen5-7 pl nozzle is used to support you with high speed printing and higher resolution
2. Solid Mechanical machine structures:

The X axial guide rail is imported from JAPAN THK, which is more stable than the belt transmission

to prevent of the belt will get loose after half years usage. The Y axial we use double screw pole for transmission.
3. Material Automatic height testing function:

The machine can test the material height automatically.
4. Print head protection system:

Print head anti-crash system can protect the print head by stopping the head cartridge in case of print head crash.
5. Superior design of the Negative pressure workflow

Our negative pressure goes from air pump to big air bottle then to sub air tank. Most other factory use

simple negative pressure happen devices. In case of the ink flow back to the devices , then the device is short circuits. But our design helps to eliminate the risk. In case of the ink flow back, our design can block the further damage to electronic device.

6. Independent negative pressure for white and color , automatic negative pressure control

To ensure a stable negative pressure during printing, we equipped two independent negative pressure for white and color . The negative pressure is different from other brand in the market , it is not only a gauge which show

the reading but can automatic control the pressure with the Honeywell pressure sensor send signal to air pump

to control rotating speed to be fast and slow.
