The mechanism of ultrasonic cleaning is to make use of the physical effects such as cavitation, radiation pressure and sound flow in the cleaning liquid. The frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning machine can be selected by 10~500 kHz according to the size and purpose of the cleaning material, generally more than 20~50 kHz. With the increase of the frequency of ultrasonic transducer, Langerhans oscillator, longitudinal oscillator and thickness oscillator can be used. In the miniaturization aspect, radial vibration and flexural vibration are also adopted. Ultrasonic cleaning has become more and more widely used in various industries, agriculture, household equipment, electronics, automobile, rubber, printing, aircraft, food, hospital and medical research.
Operation Instruction
1. Before using it ,you should check that whether the pressure of electrical source and the pressure
of machine are the same or not.
2. Inspecting that if the pressure of electrical source have earth device.
3. Putting the machine to the stable working place to make sure that working efficiency.
4. According to the quantity of something inpouring proper washing liquor to the machine.
5. Connecting to the pressure of electrical source.
6. Opening the pressure of electrical source.
7. After washing and then close the pressure of electrical source.
8. After washing ,please pour off the fluid ,for fear that it rust and wet the pot.
Ultrasonic Cleaner’s Working Principle
A. Formation
Ultrasonic cleaner mainly consists of ultrasonic generator, circuit controller, transducer and cleaning tank.
B. Working Principle
Ultrasonic generator output oscillation power signal of ultrasonic frequency which is then through changed into mechanical oscillation with high frequency by transducer; next,the oscillation is introduced into cleaning liquid,causing the cleaning liquid to produce ultrasonic cavitation effect which can generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles which are formed at the negative pressure region and fast closed in the positive pressure region;the closed bubbles form ten thousands of instant high pressure of small pressures, and the continuously generated instant high pressure is like a sequence of small 'explosion' to impact the clearances on the surface of object,causing various pollutant sticking to the surface of object to flake off so as to realize the purpose of cleaning.
