1. Ultrasound mesh must be bonded first, and then connected to the ultrasonic transducer, because the ultrasonic transducer can not function on the mesh without screen, which is easy to cause damage to the mesh.
2. The installation of the ultrasonic transducer should be tightened. If the bolt opening is loose, the powder will enter the transducer. If the conductive material is screened out and the powder enters the transducer, the transducer will be burned out and the equipment will be shut down. 3. The ultrasonic transducer and the ultrasonic power box must be used together. If there is more powder in the field, the power box can be placed in another clean place, away from dust pollution.
4. The most important point is that the sudden power failure is taboo in the process of using the ultrasonic vibration screen. When the ultrasonic equipment needs to be shut down, the power supply on the power box should be turned off first, and then the total power supply should be turned off, which can prolong the life cycle of the equipment.
