LightPortable Ultrasonic Power Supply with Cutting Blade for Cutting Non woven 15khz/20khz

The working principle of ultrasonic is to convert 220V and 50Hz AC into ultrasonic mechanical energy. The mechanical vibration is transmitted to the welding head through piezoelectric ceramic transducer. The vibration is 20,000-40,000 times per second, that is, 20 kHz 28 kHz 35 kHz and 40 khz, which are converted into mechanical energy by vibrators. Such high-speed mechanical vibration is transmitted to the processed products through horn and welding head. The molecular structure of the workpiece is broken by the heat energy generated, and the surface of the workpiece is melted and bonded. The firm strength of the workpiece is comparable to that of the bulk plastics. Mainly used for plastic welding or riveting, welding of various thermoplastic products. The ultrasonic driving circuit is controlled by advanced high-speed single-chip computer and driven by imported power amplifier tube. It has strong output power and long life. The built-in automatic protection circuit ensures safe application and stable and reliable operation. The machine has the function of automatic frequency pursuit. The frequency pursuit range is wide and the tracking frequency is stable and fast.
