25khz/100W Ultrasonic spray transducer for industrial spraying
The ultrasonic nozzle contains piezoelectric transducer. When it is electrified, the ultrasonic nozzle vibrates with high frequency. The design of these transducers makes the nozzle vibrate longitudinally, so the tip of the nozzle vibrates up and down thousands of times per second. When the thin film liquid is applied to the tip of the ultrasonic nozzle, a capillary wave is formed. The amplitude of these waves can be easily controlled by the ultrasonic generator, and the amplitude can be increased to the extent that these standing capillary waves become too high to support themselves. Due to the continuous and excessive extension of these standing waves, the material is abandoned and highly uniform droplets with micron size are formed. Under suitable conditions, atomization can last for a long time.
Advantages of ultrasonic spraying
Some advantages of ultrasonic nozzle:
High transmission efficiency - reduce the use of materials;
Non clogging - able to handle high solid materials;
Durability - titanium structure can resist a variety of solvents and wear;
Uniform distribution of droplet size reduces coating defects;
Airless spray - can easily control the process, but also the ideal vacuum environment!
