Description

28khz/40khz Automatic frequency tracking ultrasonic generator for cleaning

The IGBT power module with the best voltage and current characteristics is used as the switch output device of the ultrasonic cleaning power supply. The "adaptive indefinite number unidirectional frequency sweep" algorithm developed exclusively in China is adopted. In addition to the characteristics of stable output, simple operation and good controllability, due to the special algorithm, the transducer has a long life and good cleaning effect.

In general, the load of ultrasonic cleaning is a transducer array composed of multiple sandwich transducers. After cementation, the frequency distribution is within a certain range. At present, the industry usually adopts two methods. One is to use the "frequency tracking" technology, according to a certain algorithm (many times based on output power), to find a working point and work near the working point. One is to use sweep frequency technology to specify a bandwidth, and the frequency modulated signal can scan back and forth within the bandwidth of transducer array.
