In view of the advantages of good cleaning effect, high efficiency and low cost, ultrasonic cleaning machine is widely used in electronic, mechanical, clock, optical, medical, chemical fiber, electroplating and other industries. In ultrasonic cleaning equipment, ultrasonic power supply is one of its important components. Most of the existing ultrasonic power supply uses special integrated control chip or single chip microcomputer to generate PWM pulse signal. After power amplification, impedance and tuning matching, the transducer is driven to convert the electrical signal into mechanical vibration to generate ultrasonic wave. These two kinds of power supply have their own limitations. The former control method has slow dynamic response, inconvenient parameter adjustment and serious temperature drift . However, using single-chip microcomputer to generate PWM signal directly can obtain high-precision and high stability control characteristics and realize flexible and diverse control functions, but due to the limitation of its working frequency, the frequency resolution of the output PWM signal is very high It is difficult to meet the frequency fine tuning. In view of the problems of the ultrasonic power supply, a kind of digital ultrasonic power supply with stable performance, simple control and low cost is developed in this paper based on PWM technology and the intelligent control system composed of single chip microcomputer and analog integrated circuit.
