20khz/2000W ultrasonic plastic welding machine transducer

Ultrasonic plastic welding transducer is a kind of piezoelectric ceramic with the same frequency as its resonant frequency. It uses the piezoelectric effect of material to convert electric energy into mechanical vibration. In general, the ultrasonic wave is generated by the ultrasonic generator, then converted into mechanical vibration by the ultrasonic transducer, and then generated by the ultrasonic export device and ultrasonic receiving device.

Common materials of ultrasonic plastic welding transducer
1. Aluminum horn has high sound transmission efficiency, but its material strength is low, easy to crack and screw hole slide
2. The strength of steel horn is high, but the acoustic impedance is relatively large
3. Titanium alloy horn has good comprehensive performance, but its disadvantages are high price and difficult processing.
