Ultrasonic transducer is a kind of energy converter which converts high frequency electric energy into mechanical energy. The principle is that piezoelectric ceramics with the same frequency and resonant frequency use the piezoelectric effect of materials to convert electrical energy into mechanical vibration. Generally, ultrasonic wave is generated by ultrasonic generator first, then converted into mechanical vibration by ultrasonic transducer, and then ultrasonic wave can be generated by ultrasonic export device and ultrasonic receiving device.
At present, most of the ultrasonic transducers used in vibrating screen in our country are built-in type. In general, the ultrasonic transducers are installed well before leaving the factory without moving them. There is an ultrasonic connection port on the outside of the screen frame. Before the machine runs, the connection port of the ultrasonic transducer should be connected with the ultrasonic power supply, otherwise the ultrasonic system will not work and the screening can not be completed better.
