20K 2000W Ultrasonic Welder Converter Horn For Ear Loop

The function of transducer is to convert electrical signal into mechanical vibration signal. There are two physical effects in converting electrical signals into mechanical vibration signals. A: magnetostrictive effect. B: the opposite effect of piezoelectric effect. Magnetostrictive effect is often used in early ultrasonic applications. Its advantage is that it can realize large power capacity, but its disadvantages are low conversion efficiency, difficult production and large-scale industrial production. Since the invention of piezoelectric ceramic transducer, the application of inverse effect of piezoelectric effect has been widely used. Piezoelectric ceramic transducer has the advantages of high conversion efficiency and mass production, but its disadvantage is small power capacity. Piezoelectric ceramic transducers are usually used in existing ultrasonic machines. Piezoelectric ceramic transducer is made by clamping the piezoelectric ceramic between two metal front and back load blocks and connecting them tightly with screws. The output amplitude of a typical sensor is about 10 μ M.
