2000W Ultrasonic Welding Machine Transducer With Booster
Precautions for assembly of ultrasonic welding machine transducer:
1. Check contact surfaces. The contact surface should be flat and smooth without scar. If there is any scar, it should be polished with metallographic sandpaper above zero. It is required that the defects can be ground smooth without damaging the flatness of the contact surface.
2. Clean. Clean the screw, screw hole and contact surface with volatile and non corrosive detergent, and thoroughly clean the screw, screw hole and contact surface.
3. Installation. All connecting screw holes shall be perpendicular to the contact surface.
4. Before tightening, apply a thin layer of butter or Vaseline on the contact surface. Be careful not to apply it to the connecting screws and screw holes.
6. Tighten the two components carefully. According to the different specifications of connecting screws, the appropriate tightening torque should be controlled. If possible, it should be tightened properly.
7. If the joint surface is loosened again, there should be no scar.
8. Feel the vibration system with hand, the amplitude is uniform, no strange sound, no local severe fever.
9. After working for a period of time, there should be no oxidation or ablation marks on the joint surface, otherwise it means that the contact is not good and the ultrasonic energy is seriously lost here.
