6L Ultrasonic Cleaner For Lab Glassware and Fast Removing Flux PCB
Instructions for product use:
A. Place the cleaner horizontally on the ventilated and dry workbench around, add clean water to the cleaning cylinder until 35 mm below the level of the cleaning cylinder, and then add a proper amount of detergent or detergent.
B. Connect the power plug of the cleaning machine to a single-phase 220V, 10A power supply, which must be reliably grounded (three-hole socket).
C. The left area of the machine control panel is the temperature control area and the right area is the ultrasonic working time control area. The specific operation is as follows.
D. Adjusting the working time of ultrasonic wave: After power is connected, the time control knob on the right side is rotated clockwise, and the working time value that needs cleaning can be set. Loosen the knob, the machine will start countdown work according to the set cleaning time. When the cleaning time reaches the completion of the cleaning work, the machine can rotate the timer knob repeatedly to set the working time when it does not cut off the power supply, so that the machine can repeat the work for the next cleaning.
E. Adjust the working temperature (heating if necessary). After power supply is switched on, rotate the temperature setting knob on the left side. If the temperature of the liquid in the tank is lower than the setting value, the heating system will start to work. When the setting value is lower than the actual temperature, the operation will be invalid. When the heater works for a period of time and the cleaning liquid temperature in the tank is heated to a set temperature, the heating indicator lights out. The knob can be set in the "OFF" position and the heating function can be turned off (the heating function can not be turned on as far as possible to protect the ultrasonic circuit).
F. Shut down after finishing the work: After cleaning, if you do not need to operate again, you should first press the temperature knob to turn to "OFF" and turn off the heating element. The ultrasonic timer knob is placed in the "OFF" position, and the machine will stop working. Turn off the power supply, wait for the cleaning fluid to cool to room temperature, then pour out the cleaning fluid, and wipe the machine clean.
