Scope of application
Clean electroplated parts before plating, clocks and watches, hardware and machinery parts, polyester filter core, semiconductor silicon, tools, lenses, spectacle frames, jewelry, glassware, etc.

Product characteristics
The ultrasonic vibration plate made of special technology and material has the characteristics of high stability and long service life, as follows:
1. Transducers specially designed and manufactured have excellent performance and consistency. Hard chromium coating was plated on the surface of the vibration box. The efficiency of small signal electro-acoustic conversion can reach more than 96%.
2. The bonding technology of transducer can make the conduction path of sound wave unobstructed without the consideration of degumming.
3. Excellent high temperature resistance enables the vibration plate to work steadily in boiling water at 100 C for a long time.
4. Increase the number of transducers, so that the actual working power of each transducer is 70-80% of the design rated value, prolong the working life of the transducer, and its average working life is more than 12,000 hours.
