Automatic large ultrasonic cleaner 40khz for automotive industry

The cleaning machine adopts the popular environment-friendly water-based cleaning process, which has the following advantages.

(2) unique zigzag overflow around, clean liquid in cleaning area, no secondary pollution;

(4) ultrasonic vibration plate suspended installation with inclined design at the bottom of the tank, convenient and quick tank cleaning;
(5) in the cleaning process, ultrasonic + throwing assistance can effectively improve the cleaning efficiency;
(6) the exquisite equal position transfer structure can minimize the auxiliary operation time and ensure the accuracy of process parameter implementation;
(7) the lifting and traverse of the multi arm manipulator are guided by guide rails, with accurate positioning and smooth operation;
(8) the lifting device is equipped with anti pressure mechanism, and the press basket will stop automatically and give an alarm in case of failure, so as to ensure safe use;
