16MM Ceramic Sensor Piezo Disk 2.5mhz Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Transducer
Commonly used piezoelectric ceramics are barium titanate system, lead zirconate titanate binary system and the addition of a third type of ABO3 (a represents divalent metal ions, B represents tetravalent metal ions or the sum of several ions is positive tetravalent) compounds in the binary system, such as the ternary system composed of Pb (Mn1 / 3Nb2 / 3) O3 and Pb (CO1 / 3Nb2 / 3) O3. If the fourth or more compounds are added to the ternary system, the piezoelectric ceramics of the quaternary system or the multi-component system can be formed. In addition, there is also a kind of metaniobate piezoelectric ceramics, such as sodium potassium metaniobate (na0.5 · K0.5 · NbO3) and barium strontium metaniobate (Bax · sr1-x · Nb2O5). They do not contain toxic lead, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
