Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer Pack with Generator 40khz/25khz/20khz

The application principle of the ultrasonic vibration plate is that the high frequency vibration signal sent by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high frequency mechanical vibration by the transducer and transmitted to the medium. The ultrasonic wave in the cleaning solvent radiates forward between the dense phases in the cleaning solution, making the liquid flow and generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. The tiny bubbles (cavitation cores) in the liquid vibrate under the action of the sound field, When the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles grow rapidly, and then suddenly close. When the bubbles close, shock waves will be generated, and thousands of atmospheric pressure will be generated around them, which will destroy the insoluble dirt and disperse them in the cleaning solution. When the group particles are wrapped by the oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil will be emulsified, and the solid particles will be separated, so as to achieve the goal of cleaning the surface of the cleaning part .
