Ultrasonic cleaning TRANSDUCER effect and relevant parameters:
A. cleaning medium:
Ultrasonic cleaning is adopted, generally there are two cleaning agents: chemical cleaning agent and water-based cleaning agent. Cleaning medium is a chemical action, while ultrasonic cleaning is a physical action. The two actions are combined to fully and thoroughly clean the object.
B. power density:
The higher the power density of ultrasonic, the stronger the cavitation effect, the faster the speed and the better the cleaning effect. For precision and high surface finish objects, long time high power density cleaning will cause cavitation corrosion on the surface of the object.
C. ultrasonic frequency:
The lower the ultrasonic frequency is, the easier the cavitation is and the stronger the effect is. High frequency, strong ultrasonic direction, suitable for fine object cleaning.
D. generally speaking, the best spatiotemporal effect of ultrasound is between 30oC and 40oC. The higher the temperature is, the more significant the effect is.
Generally, the working temperature of 30oC ~ 60oC is used in ultrasonic cleaning.
6. Features of ultrasonic cleaning
"Ultrasonic cleaning technology" refers to the use of ultrasonic cavitation on the surface of the object of dirt impact, stripping, in order to achieve cleaning purposes. It has the characteristics of high cleanliness and fast cleaning speed. Especially for blind holes and all kinds of geometric objects, the cleaning effect can not be achieved by other cleaning methods.
