Description

The working principle of the ultrasonic vibration box is that the ultrasonic generator generates the super frequency electric energy higher than 20kHz, which is converted into the mechanical vibration of the same frequency with the transducer and transferred into the cleaning liquid, and the ultrasonic dense phase to phase forward conduction produces numerous tiny bubbles. These bubbles are formed and grown in the negative pressure area of the longitudinal transmission of the ultrasonic, and break rapidly in the positive pressure area. The formation, growth and rapid rupture of these micro bubbles are called "cavitation effect". In the cavitation effect, the instantaneous high pressure of more than 10000 atmospheric pressure is generated after the bubble breaks. The continuous instantaneous high pressure is like a series of small explosions bombarding the surface of the object, which makes the dirt on the surface of the object fall off rapidly.
