Principle of electrolytic mold cleaning machine: electrolysis is a process of chemical decomposition of substances under the action of current. Ultrasonic cleaning uses the high-frequency power supply of 40KHz to make the transducer powered by electricity In the process of converting mechanical energy, the transducer transfers huge energy to the cleaning tank solution, generates positive pressure and negative pressure areas in the liquid, forms tens of thousands of cavity bubbles, and constantly forms explosions, impacts the cleaned metal surface, and makes the dirt on the metal surface separate quickly, so as to achieve the cleaning of the mold and restore the true color of the mold
